Can't Find Your Stuff?

Sometimes product access and delivery emails go to spam or promos and if you've unsubscribed at any point, my emails probably got blocked. No worries, let's get you fixed up!

I'll email you a full accounting of what you've purchased, the status of each item, and anything that still needs your attention. I don't put links in the chat below, because your products hold personal chart information.

If something looks off once that email arrives, just reply to it and I'll take care of it. Anything else, write me and I'll help you by email.
